Return & Exchange Policy

a. If a product is not in a producing period yet, We (Seller) accept order cancellations.
b. Once the Custom Order Products are in a producing period, We (Seller) will not refund any monies paid or accept any returns.
c. We (Seller) will make sure to replace the broken component as quickly as possible to get Your (Buyer) installation working if the product is faulty.
d. If a product arrives to You (Buyer) in a damaged state, You (Buyer) is required to notify the Delivery Agent and Us (Seller) within 24 hours in writing inclusive of photography or a video evidence of the damage to the product and associated packaging to verify. Failure to comply with this request and timeframe will void Our (Seller) obligations.
e. You (Buyer) shall inspect the product on delivery and shall within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery notify Us (Seller) in writing of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote.
f. You (Buyer) shall afford Us (Seller) an opportunity to inspect the product within a reasonable time following delivery. If You (Buyer) shall fail to comply with these provisions, the product shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.
